3 Year TV Warranty - Carry In Service

This warranty is an extension of the manufacturer's normal warranty on the equipment for an additional period of 3 (three) years. The TV product, up to 36 inches, registered below is guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications or we shall repair same to operate properly.

In the event that this equipment requires any repairs or service it must be delivered post paid with warranty number, the owner's name and address, proof of purchase and description of difficulties encountered to Mack Camera and Video Service, 200 Morris Avenue, Springfield, NJ 07081 with a check for $20.00 for shipping and handling in the U.S. . This TV equipment will be returned to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes all parts and labor). Such service, repair or adjustment of the equipment, is assured the original purchaser only, provided the equipment has not been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as result of accident, liquid, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. This warranty only covers a unit malfunction. Customer maintenance is not covered.

This limited warranty applies only to the TV specified herein, it does not cover wiring, picture tube (if applicable) or unit accessories. This limited warranty is not transferable and not valid until after receipt of payment from dealer. Warranty valid only in the United States and Canada.
