Auto Focus System		 The Passive (Phase Difference Detection) Auto Focus System is similar to that used in expensive SLR's. In combination with the multi-beam focusing capability, the end result will be in-focus photos each and every time. You can also select Spot Focus to concentrate on a small area of the composition.

Super Flash (Optional) Available for the Zoomate 165EF is an accessory flash that attaches to the side of the camera via a hot shoe connection. There are two very important benefits when using the Super Flash:
Red Eye Reduction: The problem of "red eye" is common with today's small point and shoot cameras, due to the close distance between the camera's lens and built-in flash. By attaching the optional Super Flash, the problem of "red eye" is virtually eliminated.
Extended Flash Range: Today's small zoom cameras have a limited flash output. However, by using the optional Super Flash, you can dramatically increase illumination, enough to brighten up almost any room.
Programmed Electronic Shutter with Automatic Exposure The automatic programmed shutter creates a perfectly exposed photo in a wide variety of lighting conditions. Shutter speeds range from 2 seconds to 1/300 second.
Infinity Lock Also known as Landscape Mode, this feature allows you to get perfectly focused pictures of scenery, even when shooting through windows.
Built-In Diopter A feature normally found only in expensive SLR's, the Zoomate 165EF lets you make a diopter adjustment (great for those who wear glasses) from +1 to -3.
?Ultra Compact Design The Zoomate 165EF is one of the world's smallest 165mm zoom cameras, measuring a mere 4.7" wide x 2.5" high x 2" deep. And it weighs a mere 8.1 ounces!
Liquid Crystal Display (LCD)
Information System		 Conveniently located on top of the camera is an easy-to-read LCD Information Center. It provides useful information such as number of exposures taken, self-timer countdown, low battery warning, flash mode, macro mode and infinity lock.
?Switchable Panoramic Mode A switch near the viewfinder allows you to go to the Panoramic Mode so you can take captivating 4" x l2" scenics!
Auto Battery Shut-Off System When the camera or flash are left on for approximately 2 minutes, the camera automatically turns itself off to extend battery life, thus saving you money!
Auto (DX) Film Speed Setting The Zoomate 165EF automatically sets the correct film speed, ranging from ISO 100-800.
Built in lens cover
 When the camera is turned off, a built-in cover protects the lens from dust, dirt and damage.
