The H256 MB Type H-Series xD-Picture Card uses the latest high-capacity storage technology to pack 256 MB of memory and high speed performance onto an ultra-compact media card. The H256 MB enables users to take and store approximately 125 shots averaging an image size of 8 megapixels with an Olympus digital still camera in HQ mode (the default high-quality image setting). The card features high-speed data-transfer capabilities, achieving write speeds up to 2-3 times faster than the Standard and Type M xD-Picture Card when used with Olympus digital cameras.

Write speeds will differ from camera to camera, with shooting modes and shooting conditions. The H256 MB does not work with all digital camera models.
